Bug Labs - User-Configurable Electronics

According to this article on Engadget about Bug Labs, it may soon be possible to build that ideal portable electronic device you want. Because it will give you a core of features, and then allow you to plug in modules for whatever else you want. So, if my main complaint about the Nokia N800 is that it's missing a keyboard, I could build my own N800 type device, and give it a keyboard module. I think pricing, and the modules available at launch, will make or break this. But I love the idea, and hope it (or something like it) succeeds...
