Sorry, I don't have any Google Wave Invites

I suppose people see how long I've been on Blogger (heck I actually paid once upon a time for the Blogger Pro service), and then see I have a GMail account, and just assume Google loves me. Well, I hate to disappoint folks, but I haven't gotten a Google Wave Invite. Suspect I'm actually rather LOW on that list to be honest. Because the things I'm most likely going to use Wave for are things that I don't think they really are trying to promote. Folks working together to perfect the translation of a manga chapter might well go better with Google Wave, but I'm not sure that's really a selling point. A couple folks I've been helping with putting together a business plan may be more what they had in mind - but without having Skype available for my contacts, or letting me integrate Google Voice to do the same thing, it's not really going to work for me.

So, save your bits and bytes, and go visit the good folks at Lifehacker or TechCrunch to see if they have any to give away.
